Our hampers
Every hamper is put together by hand by Annabelle. Prices are shown in pounds (£) on the site and are the price you pay for the hamper. Photos show the hamper as closely as we can, and small changes to items may be needed if something is out of stock.
Ordering and payment
You can order through our online shop or by message on Instagram. Online orders are paid at checkout or by bank transfer. Orders placed by message are paid by bank transfer, and Annabelle will send you her bank details directly.
Last Christmas order date
The last order date for Christmas is 20 December.
Delivery and collection
We deliver locally in Scunthorpe. Delivery is free within 5 miles and £2.90 beyond that. You can also collect your hamper, and we will confirm the collection details with you when you order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before we start making your hamper. After that, we cannot cancel it. To cancel, message us or email charmingbyaa.shop@gmail.com.
Returns
We do not accept returns. If something is wrong with your order when it arrives, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to put it right.
Alcohol
Some hampers include an alcohol option. These are for customers aged 18 or over only. Alcohol-free options are available on the hampers that offer a choice.
